A Coffee Crawl Down Main Street
6 stops · about 3 hours · Updated October 6, 2026
Build a coffee-and-pastry crawl for the Lake Orion, MI guide around these six addresses, starting with cats and cookies on S Lapeer Rd. Black Cat Beanery, at 1192 S Lapeer Rd, pairs coffee with time among cats available for adoption. Next comes Parlor Doughnuts at 1176 S Lapeer Rd, where specialty coffee accompanies Famous Layered Doughnuts™ and vegan/gluten-friendly and keto-friendly products.
Continue the lineup with Wee Bean Coffee Co. at 20 Front St. Connected to the 20 Front Street event center, it serves coffee, tea and baked goods, with indoor and outdoor seating. Shadrach, Meshach & ABeanToGo Coffee Roasters, at 16 W Flint St, adds fresh-roasted coffee, desserts and outdoor seating where dogs are allowed.
Sprout Bake, LLC shares the 20 Front St address and brings a take-home baking option: batter made with sprouted, gluten-free oat flour, sprouted almond butter and vegetables. Finish the list with Mannies Bagel & Delicatessen LLC at 205 N Park Blvd, which bakes throughout the morning Friday through Sunday. Its 7 a.m.–noon hours make it a morning stop for bagels and coffee.
